Susan qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has practised exclusively in property matters.  Until 2005 Susan handled both commercial and residential property matters.  Since 2005, Susan has specialised in residential matters and has experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold registered and unregistered land, new-build properties, auction properties, repossession properties, shared ownership properties, Right to Buy and part-exchange.
