Since joining Butterworths in 2012 Katie has worked within the firms’ conveyancing department at our Gateshead Office. 

With 16 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Katie has considerable knowledge of all aspects of transactional sale and purchase work including re-mortgages and new build properties. 

Specialising in auction property since 2014, Katie currently leads the auction team providing expert advice to our clients seeking to buy and sell at auction.  Katie holds a level 5 ILM Qualification in Leadership & Management.
