Anne-Marie qualified as a solicitor in 2008, after completing a Degree in English Literature and Fine Art from the University of Liverpool, based at Chester College and a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Leeds Metropolitan University. Anne-Marie completed her training contract at Temple Heelis solicitors in Kendal, before joining Butterworths in 2009.
Since qualifying, Anne-Marie has worked predominantly in litigation, dealing with a variety of claims including financial mis-selling claims, boundary and property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, negligence claims, contested probate, and debt collection and enforcement matters.
Anne-Marie has dealt with various types of court claims, from small claims track cases through to multi-track cases; as well as being involved in out-of-court settlements via alternative dispute methods.
