Flight Delay Compensation
EU Regulation 261/2004 has been written into UK law and from the 1st of Jan 2021 Residents of the UK have same rights to claim flight compensation for flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding as they did when the UK were members of the EU.
We are happy to assist with claims where the UK version of the Regulation applies. We work on a “No win, No Fee” basis, Our Charges are 25% of the compensation awarded plus a £25 Admin Fee per Claimant plus VAT on the total amount charged.

The UK vesion of EC 261/2004 applies when your flight:
• Departed from the UK
• Arrived in the UK with a UK or EU airline
• Arrived in the EU with a UK airline
How much compensation can you claim?
• Flight distance up to 1,500km: £220 Per Person
• Flight distance between 1,500km and 3,500km: £350 Per Person
• Flight distance over 3,500km: £520 Per Person
When can you claim?
• Your flight must have been delayed more than three hours • Your flight departed from the UK • Your flight arrived in the UK with a UK or EU airline • Your flight arrived in the EU with a UK airline • The instance was not due to an “extraordinary circumstance.”
• Your flight was cancelled less than 14 days before it was scheduled • Your flight was due to depart from the UK • Your flight was due to arrive in the UK with a UK or EU airline • Your flight was due to arrive in the EU with a UK airline • The instance was not due to an “extraordinary circumstance.”
• Must Not have Volunteered to be Denied Boarding • Your flight was due to depart from the UK • Your Flight was due to arrive in the UK with a UK or EU airline • Your flight was due to arrive in the EU with a UK airline • Had confirmed reservation on the flight concerned and presented to check-in
