We currently have over 150 properties under management for landlords, with between 30 - 40 properties available to let at any time.

For landlord clients we offer two levels of service - a fully managed service, and a Let only service. Whichever service you choose you will be provided with a service agreement that explains how we will handle your property and exactly what our charges will be. The agreement also spells out exactly what we commit to do on your behalf, and your obligations as a landlord.

In our Let only service we will actively market your property, erect "to let" boards, carry out referencing and financial checks on prospective tenants, provide tenancy agreements and relevant notices to protect your legal rights.

Our Managed service covers all of the above but in addition we will collect the rent each month on your behalf, carry out regular inspections of the property and arrange with our list of approved suppliers for any necessary repair work to be carried out where applicable, and pursue the tenant through the legal process on your behalf, if they fall into arrears. Our commission rates and set up fees are comparable with other Letting Agents in the area.

We will guide you through all of the safety regulations required in letting out your property.
